Caring for Your Little Violet Threads

Our pieces are designed to be worn, loved, and lived in through all the sweet (and messy) moments of babyhood. To keep your Little Violet Threads items looking beautiful for longer, we recommend following the care guidelines below.

Fabric & Details

Our collections feature a thoughtful mix of:

  • Cotton blend
  • 100% cotton
  • 95% cotton / 5% spandex
  • 95% Bamboo / 5% spandex

We also use special design details such as embroidery and heat-pressed prints, adding extra charm to our pieces while keeping them soft and baby-friendly.

Washing

  • Cold gentle machine wash
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Turn garments inside out before washing
  • Use a mild, baby-safe detergent
  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals

Drying

  • Line dry only if possible
  • Dry in the shade to help preserve colour and fabric softness
  • If you have to tumble dry, please ensure to put it on low and in a care bag. 

Ironing

  • Avoid ironing directly over embroidery, heat stamps, or printed areas to keep your LVT in perfect shape and condition. 

A little love note

Natural cotton fibres and cotton blends are delicate by nature. Embroidery and heat-pressed designs also benefit from gentle care. Following these instructions will help maintain the shape, colour, and details of your garments so they can be enjoyed again and again.
