Please note that selecting Express Shipping speeds up delivery time with the postal carrier, but does not prioritise your order in our processing queue. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Little Violet Threads is not liable for any additional customs fees incurred.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

We recommend ensuring your address details are correct before completing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you experience delays once your parcel has left our warehouse, please contact the postal carrier directly using your tracking number.
