Change of Mind
At Little Violet Threads, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase π€ If something isnβt quite right, we offer change of mind returns for store credit.
Change of mind includes sizing, colour, or style selection.
All change of mind return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
β’ Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
β’ All original packaging and tags must remain attached
β’ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
β’ Items must be free from perfume, stains, makeup, animal hair, or odours
β’ Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return
β’ Shipping costs are non-refundable
β’ Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Approved change of mind returns are eligible for store credit only.
How To Return β Australian Customers
- Ensure your item meets the return criteria above.
- Email info@littlevioletthreads.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
After your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 2β5 business days for processing.
Once approved, your store credit will be issued via email and can be used at checkout. Store credits do not expire.
Any items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back at the customerβs expense.
How To Return β International Customers
The same return conditions apply to international orders.
Please email info@littlevioletthreads.com.au with your order number and item details to begin the process.
All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
We carefully quality check all pieces before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@littlevioletthreads.com.au with:

β’ A description of the issue
β’ Clear photos of the fault
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item has a major failure. If the issue does not amount to a major failure, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.
All faulty claims are subject to assessment.
