Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launch periods, sales, or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Australian shipping
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services.
Shipping $9.99 flat rate - standard, $14.99 flat rate - express.
- Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier delays, which are outside of our control.
International shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. Rates and delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & responsibility
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Little Violet Threads is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
