How should I care for my LVT pieces?
Each Little Violet Threads piece includes individual care instructions on the garment label and within the product description on our website.
To keep your pieces looking soft and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend following these instructions carefully. Gentle washing and air drying will help preserve colour and shape.

How do your items fit?
Our pieces are thoughtfully designed to fit true to size, with comfort and room to move in mind.
If your little one is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for longer wear.
Each product listing includes specific fit notes and will mention if a style runs relaxed, oversized, or fitted.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our collections are limited release and will not be restocked once sold out.
We do occasionally restock select core LVT styles throughout the year. For updates on restocks and new drops, join our mailing list or follow us on social media 🤍
Who designs your items?
All Little Violet Threads pieces are designed in-house by us here in Australia.
Our collections are inspired by soft colours, sweet details, and timeless baby silhouettes — often designed during quiet nap times with a coffee in hand ☕💗
ORDERS
I’ve entered the wrong address
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible with your full name and order number.
We’ll always do our best to update it before your order is processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made. You may be able to redirect your parcel via the Australia Post website or app.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed, the cost to resend it will be at the customer’s expense. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
I’ve ordered the wrong item
If you’ve selected the incorrect size, style, or quantity, please contact us immediately.
While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we will always try to assist where possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you’re welcome to place a new order for the correct item.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We aim to represent colours and prints as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post and selected courier services.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During launch periods or sales, processing times may extend up to 10 business days due to increased order volumes.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes begin.
