Returns & Exchanges
At Little Violet Threads, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below so we can assist you as smoothly as possible.
Change of Mind
We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, please contact us within this timeframe to request a return.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- items must be in original condition with tags attached
- items must be free from marks, stains, or scents (including washing detergent)
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that change of mind returns are eligible for store credit only.
We encourage you to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@littlevioletthreads.com.au with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the fault
Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with tags attached, and free from stains, marks, or scents.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
headbands and accessories
sale or clearance items
gift cards
Exchanges
If you require a different size or item, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock levels and must meet the return eligibility requirements above.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
